What kind of investment opportunities does Xbien offer in Colombia?
Selected opportunities across four sectors: real estate (developments in Medellín and other cities), growing businesses, export agricultural commodities (Hass avocado, exotic fruit, flowers, minerals) and strategic projects driven by technology and AI. Each one is screened for feasibility, risk and structure before it is presented.
What is the typical investment range?
Current opportunities range from US$500K to US$5M and above, depending on sector and project stage. Financial detail is shared through an investment brief on request.
Can a foreigner invest in Colombia, and how is it structured?
Yes. Colombia allows foreign direct investment, which is registered with the central bank (Banco de la República). Xbien supports the choice of vehicle, company incorporation (for example an SAS), commercial registration and tax and banking formalization, in Colombia and in the United States.
Is Xbien a real estate agency or a broker?
No. Xbien is a cross-border investment and business advisory firm. We curate a small number of opportunities, evaluate them rigorously and accompany the relationship from first contact to execution.
