Concept
GAIA is a project of ten country lots in the El Bizcocho area of San Rafael, from 1,723 m² to 16,369 m², in two stages. Access via 300 m of concrete track road from the main road, with gravel internal roads to every lot. The setting combines river, mountains and forest, with native wildlife on site. The largest lot, 16,369 m², keeps its forest and a natural spring and is being evaluated for low-impact cabins.
Why now
Eastern Antioquia is Medellín's main destination for weekend retreats and nature tourism, and San Rafael is part of the Guatapé corridor. The lots sit 500 m from the El Bizcocho river beaches and 4.5 km from town, with the infrastructure that usually stops a buyer of rural land already in place: individual title, water, sanitation and roads. For an investor, land here supports two paths: a second home, or a small-scale eco-tourism project —cabins or glamping— generating rental income.
