Concept
A 30-hectare (300,000 m²) industrial and logistics development adjacent to Puerto Antioquia, planned in three 10-hectare phases. The first phase is an integrated logistics hub serving the port; the second, an agro-industrial hub for the region's output; the third stays open to whatever port operations demand.
Why now
Puerto Antioquia redraws Colombia's logistics map: it brings the country's industrial heartland closer to the sea and creates, around the port, demand for industrial land, yards, warehouses and services that do not yet exist in the area. The site is adjacent to the port and already has a legal entity and technical studies. Entering at prefeasibility means taking part in shaping the project before port operations consolidate that demand.
